As you can see, we’ve undergone a bit of a transformation. The colours and feel are the same, the staff, and the general ethos of the business, but there’s a new name, a new logo, and a shiny new website. Don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere, we’re just growing with the times!
We’re always one to try and be ahead of the times and push new ideas, like online maintenance reporting, digital solutions, and our social media pages, so we’re always looking for new ideas. When the market changed, we refined and streamlined our lettings service, closing sales and sticking to the core aspect of our business to make it the best it could be. But times change, and with them so should our offering. The time has come to diversify, to ensure we’re meeting everyone’s needs.
We’ve already added our dedicated maintenance department, to make sure the properties we let are at their very best. This way, we can offer peace of mind to landlords and tenants alike, to know someone is always there to keep an eye on current, past, and future maintenance at the property.
From 1st December 2019, we have launched our new commercial department, with the expertise of the knowledgeable and experienced Max Pollock. This will expand our offering and bring us into an entirely new area of the property market.
With this comes a problem, did the previous name really describe who we are any more? Commercial agents work on a far wider area than residential agents, meaning our work will stretch all across Sussex (and potentially further), so having “Brighton” in the name of the business takes away from what we offer and where we offer it. And by working in both residential and commercial property, we’re no longer simply offering “Accommodation” to people.
This really means that “Brighton Accommodation Agency” didn't say what we’re about, or who we are any more.
