Students, it's that time of year again, just before your new term starts, where a lot of student tenants will move into their new homes. Many of you will have places arranged already and be getting ready to move, whilst others may be starting new courses and moving to Brighton and Hove for the first time, or may have been waiting until a little later to commit.

Whichever camp you're in, we hope that some of the information in this page is useful to you. We have three videos below to run you through frequent questions we are asked by new tenants at the start of their tenancies, and three of our favourite available properties as well.

If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please give us a call at the office on 01273 672 999, or email our lettings team at lettings@eightfold.agency. You can also find more useful videos on our Youtube Channel, here.

We'll start off with the basics, for anyone starting right at the beginning, here's Dan explaining how to find your perfect student house.

Then we have a short run through one of our most asked questions, "what does "joint and several" mean?"

And finally, the big question for when you move in, what to look for in your inventory?
