The Met Office has issued an Amber Weather Warning for the whole of the south of the UK for the incoming Storm Eunice. Gusts of up to 100mph are expected in some coastal areas, which we know a lot of our properties cover. Please ensure you are keeping safe and are prepared for what may be a tricky night for some. The official advice is to be Weather Aware and:

Not to travel where possible

To stay away from the sea

To be prepared for potential power outages

An Amber Warning means that there is the potential for injury, or danger to life, so please keep yourselves safe. We would also advise checking all windows and doors, that bins and garden furnishings are secured where possible, and that you have some provision in place should you temporarily lose power.

For our tenants, should you experience any problems, please go to eightfold.fixflo.com, as usual, and you will be directed as necessary.

Severe weather can affect property in a number of ways, from affecting the supply of services, to causing leaks. Most commonly, bins tend to go off on their own, and garden furnishings often join them as well. It is important to keep yourselves safe as the number one priority, but where possible, keep an eye on these things as well.

If you have any questions or concerns you need addressed in advance of Storm Eunice arriving tomorrow, please get in touch and we'll do all we can to assist.
