We’ve heard lately, that it’s not always as easy as it should be to reach us on the phone and have been listening to these genuine concerns, as reaching us should always be simple. As such, we will be having our telephone upgraded on Tuesday 28th June. Unfortunately, it does mean that we will be without phones at all for portions of the day, but we’ll still be reachable online, by email, or via Fixflo.
Our current system only allows for a set number of calls to be connected at once, which means during busy periods that although we're answering every call, people are still not getting through. The new system will allow for all of the team to make and receive calls at the same time, allowing us to deal with more calls than ever before!
We look forward to speaking to you all from Wednesday 29th June onwards on the new, revamped system, making it easier than ever to get through!
