For the last day of the year, I wanted to take a look at how far we’ve come to get to this point. To date, we have released 150 videos for our social media channels. They’ve taken varying forms to suit each platform, but as 150 distinct video topics, to bring our knowledge and ideas to anyone who might need them (or, anyone who might listen at very least).

One of these videos touched on why we’ve been taking the time and effort to put them out there, and the simple reason is to answer any questions people might have. In ensuring the information is freely and readily available, we hope to help people, whether they are clients of ours, or not.

When Dan first spoke with me about embarking on this journey, I will admit, I was more than a little sceptical. I find social media as a concept to be more than a little cringey and I’ve never really been a fan of being on camera, but over the years, we’ve thrown ourselves into it and definitely learned along the way (and not least of all to get time-sensitive topics out quickly, as they can quickly become irrelevant)!

Anyone who has seen the development of the videos along with us will certainly be able to see the growth in front of the camera of the whole team, and we know there’s a new learning curve each time someone new joins in learning how much to prepare and slowly becoming comfortable being on screen. It’s been fantastic to see how everyone has really embraced the idea though, giving us a well-rounded presentation of the knowledge that is rife within the Eightfold ranks.

At 150 to date, we’ve already got our next round ready to go, so here’s to the first 150 videos, the progress we’ve made and the information we’ve given to everyone, but I can’t wait for the next 150!
