Here at Eightfold Property, we’re really pleased this week to be able to announce the relaunch of our refreshed and updated website at www.eightfold.agency. Huge thanks goes as always to the team at Whitespace, who put it all together. Without their designs, I know we’d certainly not have the impact we’d hoped for!

When we embarked on our Eightfold adventure and pushed forward with our rebranding, we had a view of where we wanted to be over the years to come, and how our growth and expansion would look. As part of this, we had a website designed to fit that vision, as well as pushing heavily on our new branding. The thought was to cover our immediate needs, as well as having room for growth, but the number one priority around everything in our early days was to ensure our branding was everywhere. In growing a new brand, there is little to no recognition to begin with, so we were trying to build that on top of our reputation within the property market.

But here we are, three years in, and we’ve had to rework and refresh things already. To many, this might seem a little quick to arrive at the need for a full reworking of the website, and look like poor planning, or that things weren’t right to begin with. However, what we’ve really seen is growth beyond our hopes and expectations, and in areas we hadn’t planned for, as well as a finger on the pulse of what is needed in terms of the best websites and digital marketing out there!

Over the past 3 years, the success of getting our branding out in front of people has been driven by our social media presence, as well as a fairly strong coverage of agency boards, particularly across Brighton. This has allowed us in a shorter than anticipated length of time, to be able to begin to soften our branding approach, which can be seen in the development of our social media assets over this time period. In having a readily recognisable brand, we are able to push for a sleeker professional feel.

The other driver for change is our growth as a business; we now operate in a much wider area, and across more practice areas than we did before, and the addition of our Professional Services arm brought us into a space we hadn’t initially anticipated working in. Much in the same way that our rebrand and relaunch were necessitated by movement into new markets, where the previous branding wouldn’t have worked, this move has necessitated reworking the website to include facets we weren’t ready for before.

So here it is, the fantastic, reworked website! I have to say, I’m amazed at how quickly improvement can be felt. The feel is instantly sleeker, as well as the user journey being quicker and slicker, on top of bringing in new areas to the website. The search has also been reworked to make it easier than ever to find the property you're looking for. We’re definitely delighted with this latest development in the Eightfold journey, and can’t wait to see the next one!
