Charlie has over 15 years’ experience in the surveying profession. Charlie is an RICS Registered Valuer and specialist in commercial, residential and leisure valuations. Charlie provides valuation advice to a range of clients including lending institutions, private investors, charities, and the public sector. His regional specialism is Oxford and South West England.

His experience includes:

Valuation of Formula One premises to include Merecedes, Williams and Torro Rosso.
Valuation of Thames Valley Police’s operational and residential portfolio.
Valuation of mixed-use portfolios for loan security, including portfolios of over 100 properties.
Valuation of local authority operational and investment portfolios for annual accounting purposes
Valuation of residential development sites.
Valuation of caravan parks, golf courses and marinas.
