Residential Sales

We offer a comprehensive marketing package for all our vendors, with competitive rates of commission to include all the tools you need to give your property the best possible chance of achieving the maximum price as smoothly as possible. We market on all the major platforms so can ensure your property reaches the maximum possible viewership and ultimately achieves the best possible price. Included in our commission rate we cover the costs of the marketing materials, professional photos, floorplan and an EPC, should the property require one, as well as offering virtual 360-degree tours and this would be on a no sale no fee basis, so if we don’t find a buyer you are happy with you don’t pay us a penny.

Moving home can be a stressful time for anyone, whether you’re selling or buying, to take as much of the stress out of the process as possible we endeavour to keep both buyers and sellers closely informed at all steps along the way while also offering maximum transparency and our honest opinion and advice. Our experienced sales team understand that every home and homeowner is unique and tailors our service to meet the needs of each individual we come across.

We aim to be as open and upfront with our clients and all interested parties, with our very competitive sales fees from 1% including VAT.
