Included in our commission rate we cover the costs of the marketing materials, professional photos, floorplan and an EPC, should the property require one, as well as offering virtual 360-degree tours and this would be on a no sale no fee basis, so if we don’t find a buyer you are happy with you don’t pay us a penny.
