We have years of experience of advising on the lease extension process and in undertaking valuations to assist you in extending your lease or negotiating new lease terms.

We will undertake RICS. 'Red Book'compliant valuations of your flat or house.

We will provide RICS ' Red Book' compliant valuations to advise you on the price you should pay for extending your lease.

We will liaise with a solicitor on your behalf to have the new lease drafted and see the process through until registration of the new lease.
