Rebecca has more than 30 years’ experience in the surveying profession and has undertaken all aspects of general practice work. During her 30 years Rebecca has worked in major National and International firms building and overseeing Valuation Teams and major valuation and development instructions.

Rebecca is well versed in a variety of appointments, providing valuation and consultancy advice to a wide range of clients, including lending institutions, private investors, property companies, developers, accountants, receivers, charities and private and public sector occupiers.  Through her role as a valuer for banks and property investment funds, Rebecca has provided loan security and regulated purpose valuations across a range of property sectors including both commercial, residential and alternatives. She also undertakes valuations for inheritance tax, capital gains tax, as well as statutory valuations and has provided expert witness advice.

Prior to becoming Managing Director of Eightfold Professional, Rebecca was sitting on the Lambert Smith Hampton Operational Board as Commercial Director with responsibilities including client development, valuation services, marketing and research. 

Rebecca has extensive and wide-ranging valuation experience in all the commercial sectors and residential property types for loan security for major UK and overseas lenders and her experience includes:

• Provision of multi-property asset valuations for public sector, corporate and private clients including commercial, residential and specialist properties which require a range of valuation methodologies.
• Valuing large mixed-use, residential, commercial and leisure development sites across the UK and Europe.
• Undertaking appraisals of large sites for loan security and directly for housebuilders.
• Overseeing the valuation of mixed-use portfolios,  located throughout the Country for lending organisations, private investors, institutions and public bodies.
