Dan Lyons, the director of Eightfold Property, combines a diverse background in music and a robust expertise in real estate, making him a distinctive leader in the property market. With his career starting in music, Dan transitioned to real estate and has successfully led Eightfold Property since 2004, guiding its expansion into a key agency in Sussex, offering comprehensive services across residential and commercial sectors.

Dan holds the ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification, the NAEA Propertymark Level 3 qualification, and is currently pursuing his ARLA Level 4 qualification to further deepen his knowledge and leadership in property management. His academic pursuits also include an MA, showcasing his commitment to continuous professional development.

Living in Seaford with his family and pets, Dan is an active participant in marathons and enjoys hiking, embodying his belief in perseverance and his mantra of Resilience. His leadership style integrates creativity learned from his music career into a client-focused approach in real estate, fostering organic growth and building lasting relationships.
