Charlie is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer with more than 10 years’ experience in the profession and has undertaken all aspects of general practice work, predominately covering and valuation, management and lease advisory. He joined Eightfold Property in 2021 to establish the Commercial and Residential Estate Management Department and subsequently the Professional Services arm of the business.

Charlie has worked extensively across the South of England and central London, working across multiple asset types principally in residential and general commercial. He has extensive and wide-ranging valuation experience in all the commercial sectors and residential property types for loan security for major UK and overseas lenders. Charlie is well versed in a variety of appointments, providing valuation and consultancy advice to wide range of clients including lending institutions, private investors, and property companies. Charlie prides himself on providing robust and considered advice to clients, to assist in their lending decisions, strategic management initiatives, or lease advisory matters.
