Eela Lucas is a Professional Services Administrator with strong expertise across account management, legal compliance, and service administration within the housing sector.

Eela has lived in Brighton & Hove for 17 years with her family, and during that time has developed property in the local area, giving her a practical, working knowledge of the refurbishment process from a landlord's perspective.

Before joining Eightfold, Eela spent 13 years working in the public sector in housing, gaining extensive experience in account management and tenancy sustainment. She is known for her organisational skills and reliability, bringing a structured, service-oriented approach to everything she takes on.

Whether managing accounts, navigating complex legal frameworks, or supporting internal teams, Eela consistently delivers results that align with both client needs and industry standards. She supports our team of surveyors day to day, helping ensure clients receive the efficient service Eightfold is known for.
