Jack is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, and Head of Eightfold Property's West Midlands office. He specialises in valuation across commercial, residential, mixed-use, and development property, bringing a practical, market-led approach to every instruction.

Jack has spent over eight years working within a well regarded regional surveying practice, building a strong understanding of both local and wider midlands markets. In that time, he has advised lenders, developers, investors, asset managers, and pension providers on valuation and agency matters across a wide range of property types.

Based in our new Birmingham office, Jack works closely with clients to provide clear, well reasoned advice, whether that's supporting a lending decision, guiding a development appraisal, or advising on the best route to market for an asset.
