With over 30 years of experience in the property industry, Paul Lucas brings a wealth of expertise to Eightfold Property, spanning across both London and Brighton. His background is rich and diverse, covering residential sales, lettings, property management, and homelessness prevention. Known for his hands-on approach and deep commitment to his clients, Paul has become a trusted figure in Brighton & Hove, where he has resided for the past 25 years.
Paul's career began in residential sales and lettings, where he quickly developed a reputation for market knowledge and integrity. Over time, he expanded his skillset to include property management, enabling him to oversee the entire lifecycle of a property, from acquisition to maintenance and tenancy.
Beyond traditional real estate, Paul dedicated 16 years to homelessness prevention work, a role that underscored his commitment to helping vulnerable individuals secure stable housing. This experience gave him valuable insight into housing issues and deepened his passion for creating safe and affordable living spaces within the community.
